• 購物前，先註冊 or 登入會員。 
  

• 本店商品為韓國高單商品，並須先2日內完成付款，才算完成訂單，才會進行追加。因為韓國很容易會出現臨時斷貨問題，若超過付款時間卻還想購買的人，請記得與我們聯絡，我們會協助您後續下單。

• 訂單確認完成付款後，預購追加期間就不接受任何理由中途取消訂單及退換貨。     所以在結帳前請務必確認好，購買的商品尺寸、顏色和數量，送出後就不可取消更改囉！

• 商品若未標示現貨，追加預購天數基本為7~21天（不含例假日）
  我們是以確認完成付款後的日期開始計算～不是下單日喔！建議當日完成下單當日付款完成，以利於我們後續順利追加。如果我們順利追加，最快會在1-2週收到貨，若遇到缺貨才會需要等待比較久的時間，若超過我們的預定追加天數，我會先拆單寄出已到貨商品，廠商暫未發出斷貨通知，我們不接受中途取消及退款。

• 每件商品都是坐飛機回來的，需要韓國進口報關，我們收到商品後會檢查、整燙、包裝，才會寄出，恕不接受急單，請多諒解。
  我們知道，很多人在購買商品的時候，其實也在買個真誠、在買安心，所以我們會把每一個環節做到最好！

• 預購商品一定會有斷貨發生的可能，我們收到通知後會立即聯絡您做後續處理，恕無法接因某商品斷貨即要求取消整筆訂單。
  所以看到喜歡的款式，一定要儘早下單訂購，不只追加速度會比較快，也比較不容易遇到斷貨情況喔。

 

ORDERING PROCESS
You can place order via Website or directly message us on Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp.

Please use your ORDER ID as the payment reference.

After you paid, please WhatsApp us the payment screen cap on Instagram/Facebook @jack3.hk.

Once confirmed the receipt of payment, we will send a confirmation email or WhatsApp with your order details.

*Your order will be proceeded once the funds have cleared in our account.

After we delivered the product, we will send a SF delivery number to your email or WhatsApp for tracking.

PAYMENT METHODS
No matter if shopping on Website or on Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp, we accept ATM Transfer/ FPS/ PAYME/ ALIPAY, and Credit cards payment.

SHIPPING FEE
We currently use SF Express as our courier.

For orders over HKD1000, we offer free shipping by S.F. Express all over Hong Kong. 

For orders under HKD1000, S.F express deliver fee will be paid by receiver.

 

PROCESSING TIME
Most of our products are pre-ordered, it takes around 10-21 business days to deliver.

We want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, hence, it is sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

 

SIZE DETAILS
Measured in cm, laid flat. All measurements are subject to 1-2 cm differences.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN
We do not accept any exchanges and return at the moment.

 

ORDER AMENDMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS
Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed.
